At Cotton Cuddle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 7-day return & refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.
The product is in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
Contact our support team at support@cottoncuddle.in or +91 9376161981 within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order ID and reason for return (with photos if applicable).
Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
If the product is defective or wrong, Cotton Cuddle will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference (size/color change, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (for online orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer / store credit.
Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after product inspection.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you can apply for a return after delivery.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges (size or color) subject to product availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
